How It Works ?
Our service is designed for urgent medical needs that do not require emergency room or ambulance care.
If your condition appears to be life-threatening, please contact your hotel staff or the nearest emergency service immediately.
Availability
Our booking lines are open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Sunday).
Once your request is received, our on-duty doctor will be notified and will contact you for an initial assessment via phone or other electronic communication (if a phone call is not possible).
We aim to reach you within 1 hour of notification.
If you prefer a specific doctor, appointment times will be adjusted based on their availability
